All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at laugham47@gmail.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Customers must compulsorily record a clear video while unboxing the product as proof of trust and to ensure that the product has not been tampered with. In case the product is found damaged, customers are required to share this unboxing video with us on WhatsApp. Damaged products can be exchanged, and if a refund is requested, it will only be processed after the returned product reaches us. Refunds will be issued within 2–3 working days after we receive the product. In case of size issues, the product can be replaced. , then mail your return to the following address:
